What to Expect at Your First Class:
Most people feel excited but nervous before their first class. This is very normal. We hope this info helps build excitement and calm the nerves even just a little.
1. Arrive and Get Settled: Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class. This gives you time to check in, meet the instructor, and get familiar with the studio space (We will show you where the change rooms, bathrooms, water bottles, water cooler, and cubbies for your stuff are).
2. Warm Up Together: Every class begins with a full guided warm-up to ensure you get the best and safest workout possible. Nobody is expected to know what to do, your instructor will guide you step-by-step.
2. Learn The Skills & Do the Thing! Your instructor will demonstrate each movement and break it down into steps. You'll learn at your own pace, with options provided to match different strength and comfort levels. It doesn't matter if you're in pole, Aerial hoop, stretch class, or any of our other classes, each class comes with clear instructions.
3. Practice: You'll have time to practice what you've learned, ask questions, and try things again. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and is completely normal to take breaks when needed.
4. Cool down and Wrap Up: All classes finish with a stretch to help your body recover. Your instructor will show you some stretches, and answer any questions you might have about the class you just took, or future classes!
