What to Expect with your Nutrition Coaching
Most people feel a little nervous with their first coaching session. We hope this will help take some of those nerves away!
Before we meet: One of our team will text you to book your first 30 minute session. Then I, Angel, your coach, will email you a link with an intake form to fill out. This is where you tell me where you've been, where you want to go, and how you do, and do not want to get there. Give yourself 15 minutes to fill it out.
First Session: We will talk about your goals and any concerns you may have. We will create goals and habits to build for the next 2 weeks, and talk about exactly what needs to be done to get these goals accomplished. We get into the details here, so you leave feeling ready, willing and able to accomplish anything!
After the First Session: You will get an emailed summary of your meeting as well as the goals set and the methods we chose together to accomplish these goals. everyday you will get an email reminder track the habits that were set at your first meeting. I will monitor your tracking and we will be able to send notes back and forth to each other as you want or need any help, advice, encouragement, or celebration!
The Next Session: We will review your habit tracking, celebrate the victories, and analyse where things got tough. We will set new goals, and continue progressing towards your ultimate goals you set at the beginning. Then repeat! track habits, get constant daily help as needed, and nail your goals!
